SETUP & LAUNCH

ACCOUNTING
Depending on our mandate, we accompany our clients in transaction processing, uploads on software, reports generation, reconciliations, production of accounting files for audit, management & statutory accounts preparation as per IAS/IFRS and French accounting principles and also assistance and/or the liaison with independent auditors of client companies. We use and flexibly operate on a variety of accounting software depending on the adaptability of our clients’ business. We also advise board members on salient matters relating to the financial position, performance and adaptability of the client company.
ADMINISTRATION
In our attempt to offer customized one-stop-shop solutions to our clients, we offer value-added services like payroll processing, reception services, invoicing, debt collection, application for residence and occupational permits and HR related services, inventory management, ordering and other specific services.
CORPORATE FINANCE AND CONSULTANCY
Over and above helping you in structuring and optimizing your operations and business units, this segment includes services like ongoing cash flow management and forecasting, internal control reviews, listing & Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s), company valuations and investment appraisal, advice on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring and strategic planning. Depending on our involvement certain advisory services are offered free of charge for our clients.
